Got more wrench organizers in this morning. This makes my OCD happy lol. These are made by Ernst in the USA.

Freed up the majority of the 2nd wrench drawer. Found some other organization things on Etsy I’m gonna order. The 27” might not have been necessary but I’ll keep it, it was too good a deal and I’ll fill it up soon enough anyway

Stopped by HF on my way home to see what I could use the ITC 20% coupon on. Saw how cheap the 27” top chest was so I snagged one of those. For $200, it was hard to say no to. That will help with organization and I’ll still have most of my work top. Or if I don’t like it there, I’ll throw it on the workbench

One of these years I’ll graduate to decent tool boxes….lol. Probably after I’m too old to work on chit.
My newest best toolbox is a mid 90s Craftsman ball bearing drawers top chest I bought brand new in college to consolidate and organize enough tools to work on most chit out of a college apartment.

Most vintage is a probably 60s snap on roll away bottom chest that I got in my teens from a buddy who owed me $ for weed, who got it from his dad or grampa.
Honorable mentions go to the several small cheap craftsman boxes I picked up cheap full of tools at a garage sale a few years ago.
Oh and my grandpas old Craftsman machinists tool box. It’s the little brown one. Also full of random chit and 2 drawers are “random bolts bins.”
I need to follow your lead and organize at some point. Secretly hoping in the next few years when the boys are totally off my payroll and have their own places I can divvy up the old stuff to them and upgrade!

Tools/boxes are my other bad vice lol. I started out small with just a couple sets from Home Depot and some used stuff from my dad in college. Worked up from a 5-drawer HF cart after graduation through several boxes to where we are now. Always sold off or traded in my old box so it didn't hurt the wallet too bad. I'm almost at the point now though where I'm gonna need more than just one box. My coworker I share an office with has a wall of toolboxes at home he's accumulated over the years lol. He keeps dreaming of buying multiple US General boxes to upgrade but doesn't wanna spend the money.

Got this tire mounted step, think this will be nice, I've got a small step ladder I use but it does the sliding away routine.

Was not part of doing the Fairlane job, but was given this set of aluminum body hammers, he figured I probably have a better chance of using them than he would have. He was given them, by his "fell of the truck" friend, not in the stolen manner, rather damaged freight. It's legit, the case is busted up in the corner.

I have one of them stuck on the side of my gun cabinet with lil screws and random parts i dont wanna lose for gun projects im workin on.
