Hello everyone, new here and just bought my first square body. It's a 76 k20 and just curious to what suspension lift I have. My back bumper height is around 36" off the ground and without my body lift the fender height is about 46".... I'm running 36" super swampers. Anyone know if I have an 8 inch lift or a six. What is peoples bumber heights if i could get a few so i have a little idea of what i have....The guy said it was a 6 when I bought it but being that it's 6 inches over legal height I'm starting to doubt it. Thanks

LOL the bottom of the body sits flush with the top of the tires.

No wonder that thing rides like a 2x4.

Measure from the top of the axle to the bottom of the frame on the rear axle and I will tell you exactly how much lift you have.

Ok so I measured from the top of the rear axle to the bottom of the frame directly above and I'm coming up with 14"...... was not expecting that...

I have a 6 inch lift with 36 inch tires. My front bumper is 31 inches off the ground. This is right at street legal height here in WVA. My front spring has 6 leaves as well.

You have to measure from the top of the round axle tube not the top of the springs !!!

Please re measure from the top of the round axle tube to the bottom of the frame.

Your measurement is inaccurate as 14" would give you a 3" lift which it clearly is not.
