Ok I replaced the TVS and fixed the vacuum lines. Now my truck sputters and back fires like it is missing. My question is is my timing off or something else now?

You have quite a bit of vacuum hosing and emissions equipment there just looking at the few pics. Looks like you may also have an air injection system? Is there an emissions label on your radiator support with the vacuum routing diagram?
