Are you going to be able to get a windshield before C10’s in the city Saturday?
Oh yeah, we had them in stock, so I got one pulled first thing yesterday morning. Just waiting for my glass guy to come put it in, I think he said he'll be here Thursday

Hit a buzzard doing 45-50mph Sunday on my way up to the shop, shattered the hell out of the windshield. Thankfully it hit dead center and didn't get the grille/hood or roof/cab and thankfully the GF wasn't with me cuz all the glass landed in the pass seat.

Wow that's scarry, I hit a turkey once or I should say it hit me in my 94 suburban. I had just closed my door window and the Turkey launched off the ground hit the driver side mirror and blasted off the driver door window. Took the mirror with it. It would have been a different day if I had still had the window open.

Well, the glass guy was in the area and showed up today. 1.5hr later, got a fresh 'shield. Reused the gasket and lock strip too, so saved a bit there. It looks so naked now without all my stickers lol

Also had to go with a tinted w/tint band cuz we were out of the clear. Was worried it would look weird but you can barely tell the difference, so no biggie. I plan to do the other 5 windows in 20% later so it won't matter at that point

Replace the 52 year old radiator bushings the other week... Also had a little help, which was nice.
