I read somewhere the other day about a way to fix the doors from rattling by putting something around the latch pin, but can't seem to find the thread. Anyone remember what this was? Or have the link?

You need new striker bushings, I just replaced all 4 on the Burb yesterday.

I just make em, but you can usually get them at the parts store hanging on the wall in the "Help" area.

I made them out of Delrin(because that's what I had laying around)I usually make em out of Nylatron they'll outlast the vehicle, lol.

That's what I used. Oddly menards didn't have it right next to the blue and red, had to look a bit to find the white.

Nope not me, and I just like to do it right "once" and forget about it. :D Oh BTW, look inside your truck, there's a **** load of plastic in there "from the factory".. :happy175:
