i rerouted my fuel line, and replaced the plugs and wires today. routed and loomed the wires a lot nicer than they were before. got rid of the annoying little miss it had. also got the interior lights to work with the door jamb switches, replaced the washer pump so it works again. not sure why im doing all this since the plan is to tear it apart again, replace the wiring completely, and do a partial frame off on it, upgrading things for reliability and drivability as I go.

well took the truck for an 1hr drive to see if everything is up to snuff after the ecmb incident .It ran great so i feel confident taking it on long trips again.

I made some progress installing a limited slip in my front axle.
Will wrap it up tomorrow when I am fresh and won't be working in the hot sun.
It's nice now, the axle shaft u-joints aren't hitting the lower ball joint stud like they were.

Got a new tank support, installed new gas tank.started it up spitting gas. found out had a leaking hose.dropped the tank again, new hose, new clamp, now its all good

Finally got the passenger side head off the truck. Not its cleanup time of the head surface and block to get rid of so much old grease and dirt.

You would honestly think that the truck had a MASSIVE oil leak its entire life ugh.

had a rough day truck broke down on the main street. the ecmb fuse kept blowin . so I had to get towed home $120.. for 3 miles . so I got home and googled the problem . they said to follow the orange wire which goes to fuel pump relay and to the oil pressure switch. turns out the 2of the wires going to the oil pressure switch fused together . once I separated them everything was fine , so if anyone ever runs into this problem just look for the orange wire and see if its casing is messed up and touching something.

Oh yeah, you're in FL. And of course they consider 1 ton dually cc a medium duty. At our standard rate, it would have been $65 hook 5 miles free. If it REQUIRED roll back an additional $30, but unless it was 4x4 rb not required so $65. If we wanted to do state LEO (Law Enforcement Officer) rate, it would have been $81.25 Hook, $3.75 a mile.

To hell with that dropping the tank ****. I find it easier to move the bed back in most cases. This way you can for sure get to the lines and know you didn't kink them putting the tank back up.

Here we do it by the hour. We would have charged $85 for that unless it was a LEO call. Then it can go as high as $178. We don't charge extra for rollbacks though.

it was just an all around bad day I have 3 friends with tow trucks , 1 was broken the other was on a tow 50 miles away and the third was not driving the flatbed . else all I wld have paid was $40.00 . And the fix was so simple but when it happened I had no clue what it was till I googled it when I got home, cost me $5.00 to fix well add the tow $125.00 lol

I was wondering how it was possible my headlights were that bad.. Well.. I adjusted the passenger side one down from above the tree tops and the drivers side one that was aiming at the right side of the road.. Holy sheet.. I can see now...

Is that as simple as removing the bolts and sliding it back? Or more to it?

Ya don't forget the filler knecks attached to your tanks are also attached to your box!
