Oh NOOOOooooo, You mean five inch by no. 12 was not fitting and proper ?
Now I suppose I need to remove the glove box, weld all the dozen holes shut, then doi another search in the forum to find the thread containing the proper procedure for installing a pie anner hinge to the glove box.
:wtf::slap::banghead:
Yup lol then do a full write up on changing out your interior, because you had a small fire do to using a stick welder to close up the holes. Lol

A thin shim on each lower hinge bolt (between the door and hinge) will take care of that little bit of door sag. Or the tedious task of adjusting the hinge on the cab. For a driver, I prefer the super simple shim method.

You can also tweak the door itself, but it will usually sag back down very quickly.
Was just a pic showing the Pex I put on all four strikers this weekend. Doors shut like a dream now with no rattles anymore :)

Yep, but I can tell from that striker that the door is sagging a little bit :)

We were just driving it when one of the mufflers decided it had done its job long enough.

Now it is loud, but only on the one side.

Soon we will have to fix this....

Yes sir.
We have a new set of 40 series Flowmasters that are waiting to go under it.
Just have to find the time after the Christmas season is over.
I am eventually going to be putting a completely new 2-1/2" exhaust on it with new headers all the way back to the exhaust tips.
Time to let this big block exhale deeply...

Had to drop the fuel tank from my burb as the fuel pump decided that its pumped enough fuel and called it quits.

It is always when the tank is full.
Ours was the same way.
They just got about 5 miles away from the gas station and it quit.
