Howdy y’all, I have a 1985 K1500 Long wheelbase with a Granny 4 speed transmission. I’m swapping it to an automatic and have recently purchased a built 700r4 and a 241 transfer case for it. I was told that the front driveshaft will work but the rear shaft will not.

My question is what rear driveshaft am I going to need?

Thanks for any help.

Going to need to count splines and decide on a one piece or two piece with a centre shaft support bearing, get you length from centre of u joint to centre of u joint

I have the same issue. I did a 4l80 with241 transfer case swap.
On my 1979 K20.

Also what crossmember or support did you use. Mine is in the way of the front driveline.
