The first vacuum line was always like that, it is connected to the brake pedal assembly. Is that for cruise control? The second one coming out of the intake was flapping in the breeze and creating a major vacuum leak in the engine making it run like sh*t so I stuck a bolt in it. Looks pretty important, is that for the air pump or something? The TBI is from 1990 I believe and doesn't have any cruise control parts, air pump parts (all removed by PO) and it has headers on it. Thoughts?

Those are for the rare canooter valve. Lol, just kidding. Those were both for the cruise control servo.
