Changing out the rotors, when I was at it, done seals bearings etc, used the old hubs not issues except when putting on the warn hub, the final snap ring won't seat.

The slightest chunk of $#it can hold it back ever so slightly....

Make sure the hub is fully seating. Jiggle it. Then take a pry bar and put it on the axle at the ujoint between the knuckle and push it out towards the hub.
