So to summarize....watch for windshield gasket ,door seal, firewall, and vent flapper.
gotta get those in my head as i work on this cab.

And cowling seam sealer. It’s a pain to get to but must be checked

yes. thats what i started looking at first,,,,gonna pull wipers and cowl cover if it stops raining.

It seems to me the funny thing about the cowling seam is they leak or seep water down the firewall and under the carpet sometimes it'll go unnoticed for years until a major rust problem has occurred. My point is that it's important to at least look for water marks on the firewall when your working up under the dash.
