It would be really easy to pick this truck apart, it's clearly not as original as they say. But it's still a damn nice K5, no doubt about that.

I hate to say it, but **** is bad enough again I'm probably going to have to sell my K5. Long ass story and don't even care to really explain ****. Not much good to say and why I don't say much lately. I just need a good New Decade. The last 10 years been totally fuct for me and doesn't appear to be better anytime soon.

Hate to hear that man, the last 4 months of 2019 was pretty rough for me, which is why nothing has really happened with my k5.

I have more than that in my k5 build and I'm doing the work.

I thought power windows and locks started in 77.
Same here. I bought a 76 in Dec 1975 and that was not an option. I wonder where he got the Cruise Control, too. I could only get a cruise control from JC Whitney as an aftermarket item. I sure wish they still made it. It was a good item to have and it was well built and I never had any problems with it in 180,000 miles.

Right, everything I've seen is 77+ for power windows.
That cruise control looks like the factory setup my 82 k5 has. Module on the fender with speedo cables going to the trans and to the cluster.
