Vent window? Where to buy & will later model glass fit?

I'm in the process of restoring my '76 gmc k25. The rubber encasing all the glass on the truck is corroded. Long story short, my vent window fell out and exploded on the hwy. I was looking at lmc's catalog and the glass for a '76 says it's tinted green. Glass for '80 is clear (current glass is clear) at $25 vs '73-'79 at $70. Will the '80 glass fit?

I know the window glass was thicker in the '79 and earlier trucks, not sure about the vent window though.

The vent window design did not change until 1981. I've had both 79 & 80 trucks. I thought they were the same. Although the LMC catalog says the glass is different for 80, the 73-80 rubber seals are the same. I would check with a local glass shop and see if they could clarify.
