Vent window rebuild

I read through this and the linked thread from a few years back. My seals seem to be doing OK (knock on wood) but the little circular gasket that goes on the handle just recently started to crumble apart on me, on both sides. Anyone have a good link to this part? I see in the linked walkthrough how to take it off so hopefully that won't be too bad. Thanks.

I ordered the complete K5 seal kit from 1A Auto and am I ever dreading doing those! Going to wait till the K5 gets painted then hope I don't scratch it all up putting them in! Was putting them back in really tedious? Actually even considered taking to an auto glass shop if the price is affordable. What are the odds of getting it perfect on the first try?

I did not have any problems getting out or installing. I did ding the window tent on driver side(which was last) cause I wasn't paying enough attention. Not too bad. No problems on paint. Take your time and should be ok. Hardest part was the seals.

Just finished ours today. Not easy, but sometimes you just have to walk away! My 15 year olds project truck so quitting was not an option. All rubber from Summit Racing and Jegs but ALL precision parts. Sent back LMC rubber, inferior China stuff. Jeff Gau at Precision and their videos on their website very helpful. 65 degrees in Texas tomorrow so windshield going back in hopefully!
