If you are talking a complete unit replacement, I would say yes. Back in the early 90's I replaced the wing window assemblies in my '77 K5 with some new OEM 85's. Direct fit.

Just remember the cab and bed did not change until '87 when Chevy went to a whole new body design. So if you want to change most any part out from the cab back, within those years, '73-'87, you'll be fine.
