Ok, there is the 3/8 NPT port on the back of the manifold. And from what I read, there is port on the bottom back of the quad that looks like it could have been the brake vacuum line.

Right now I have the brake booster line to the manifold... which is the correct port to put it on.

Also, if I needed to plug up the quad port, what do I use?

This isnt mine, this is just an image from the webz.

Never mind, I think I got it.

Unbolt the connect and plug with a 1/4 NPT plug/bolt.

The brake booster line was connected to the back of the carb with a flared steel line. The adapter that threaded into the carb is 1/4" npt. The 3/8" ntp port on the manifold would have had a vacuum tree in it used for emission control stuff and the vacuum for the trans.

Well... I plugged it up and then trimmed the Accel Super coil thing to fit the new air filter housing and now it wont start like its flooded. So I dont know what I did wrong but this will have to wait till after work tomorrow... assuming it doesnt start up tomorrow with the start issue Im having.
