I am considering a side trip to USA1 to look at their products. Is there anyone who has ever been to the showroom?
Before I place a big order for almost a complete interior I would like to put eyes and hands on the product.
Just wondering if the showroom is worth the side trip. Thanks in advance

I have their complete Silverado dash pad (color matched). Ordered the whole smack assembled and ready to install. Very happy with it. Only minor complaint, maybe…

It appears the thread cutting speed nuts that hold all the plastic pieces together were over tightened so it will probably never come apart but that was the same as the factory original part from my experience.

Haven’t been to their showroom, But I’ve purchased 2 sets of their Silverado/Sierra Classic Door Panels (full kit).
Happy with the Quality. Although I’ve heard from other members that it now takes many months for delivery.. ?

i know there is a big delay. i am looking at a visit to charlotte to see sister in law....and USA1 is 2 hours away.....look at products AND time away from SIL....
I have heard good reviews of their stuff but if I am that close I figured go see myself.
My truck is a Scottsdale and I am looking at the Custom Deluxe door panels...not looking for a loaded Silverado door.

I have ordered multiple interior parts from USA1 and delays are terrible. Latest is a complete seat belt set for my 79 K10 ordered Aug. 26th still not here. There response was stuck on a container may be unloaded some time...Ugh

i have read on other forums from people that have ordered from them, even before all this covid/supply chain issues their deliveries dates and communication just flat out suck!, but if you are patient and not on a deadline, everyone has been very happy with the fit & finish of their products. i will more than likely order my dash from them soon, i won't be ready for it for another year though.. LOL!!!

I have ordered parts from USA1 and was happy.

The quality of the product was very good, but be prepared for how long it takes them to ship.

Heard USA1's wait was long. Ordered a dash pad elsewhere for $500, absolute total junk. Truck will run without a pad so ordered one from them in Sept. They said today it will be shipped Jan 6th. We will see. If decent, I am good with the wait.

My parts arrived when I was told they would, and I’m happy with the quality, fit and finish. I would absolutely order from them again if I needed anything. My dash arrived and the Silverado emblem wasn’t perfect. I emailed them, and they sent me a new emblem immediately, no questions asked.

We drive 40 year old vehicles, and new parts aren’t exactly on the shelf items anymore…
