Just got an '86 K20 and I need to replace the under bed floor stiffeners since they are rusted out bad. Pulling the bed is easy enough with an engine hoist, but I am trying to figure out the best way to roll the bed over without damaging the bed corners. I'd rather not put the bed on saw horses and crawl under it to do all the cutting / welding / paint work on the underside. I thought about laying down a pile of blankets and just roll 'er over, but was wondering if anybody had any other ideas.

I flipped them over end for end. place wood blocks longer than the bulkhead is tall on the ground under the front of the box and stand it up then keep going on over upside down. this way the weight is on the corners of the bulkhead.
