Trying to Identify Engine Partial VIN

I am trying to find out more information about the partial VIN listed on my motor. Below is what I have from various websites.

V1202TYZ = Flint, Dec 2, 1975/350/conv. cab/L LS9/165 hp/4 bbl/C-10 to 2500

3970010 = 1969 to 1979/350/min hp 185/max hp 370/2 or 4 bolt main/car, truck vette

I read the first year to use blue paint was 1977.

What I found for the partial VIN only conflicts with other information:

T71517162 = What I understand is this is the last nine digits of the vehicle VIN. 13 digitis in mid 70's
5th digit = T = 8-350/4 Bar Carb/Z-28,L-82
6th digit = 7 = 1977
7th digit = 1 = Oshawa/Wentzville
8th to 13th digit = 517162 = production number

My problem is the 5th digit in truck VIN's didn't have a T. Looking at car Vette VIN's did not use T in 1977. Did not match camaro VIN.

So rather than look anymore, I thought I would ask if anyone can decipher my engine codes better than this?

The head serial # is 340292.
340292 = 350/Years 73-80/Intake valve 2.02/Exhaust valve 1.60/64cc angle plugs turbo head no heat riser

other sites say 66cc

340292: 1973 through 1980, 64cc chambers, 2.02/1.60-inch valves.
340292: In the ’70s, this was sold over the counter at GM dealers. angle plugs, 64cc chambers, 2.02/1.60-inch valves.
