Not sure about lug spacing, but I’m almost positive the offset will be incorrect.

The bolt pattern is correct, but there is far too much backspacing and the center opening is not large enough for the front hub to fit through.

So the short answer is, no they won't fit. It would take wheel spacers and machining of the rims.

X2, only the bolt pattern matches.
It might be possible to fit over the rear axle but definitely not over the front hub.

I've been looking for 17s for my k5. There are many options on Ebay.

IIRC Toyota and Chevy lug spacing is the same (or at least was in the 80s) though the actual hub size is bigger on the Yota wheels (had to machine out the center of some wheels I took off a K5 to fit over the hub of an 88 Toyota pickup. Those wheels look pretty modern so I'm not sure what Toyota changed since then, but even just looking at them I doubt the offset will be the same. And IMO those wheels are far too busy to look good on a plain old square Chevy. But do your thing man. They'll probably bolt to your lugs, but not sure how they'll fit otherwise. Looking for 17 inch wheels because in market for 35s seems like lots more options for 315/35 in 17 than 15 and price gap is getting very close..
