So a TH350 had different bolts at different years. A 700R4 has metric bolts straight up. Don't quote me but I think they are M10 1.5 thread, but not 100 % sure on the length but they should be about 40 to 50 MM thread length. If the TH350 is metric they should be the same size.
The best bet though is to take your non stripped bolts, size them, and buy your threaded inserts based on that.
