Hey Guys, I know this is a great deal and I am looking for another one for my stable. How difficult will it be to find green repro interior pieces? I would like to return it to original. Thanx guys

You won't. No one does green repro interior parts. My 79 has a green interior. You will have to spray the parts green. I have accepted that it might be easier to switch to a different color interior if time ever demands it. I think a dark brown interior would be good with my green exterior.

I have a green 76 GMC that I will be parting out at some point. I have not paid much attention to the condition of the green pieces, but I will not be needing them. Which green pieces would you need, if you are looking for used?

If the OP doesn't want or take any of the green interior parts, I would be interested in seeing them.

I wouldn't reference where your looking at a truck like this. If you think it's a good deal you just advertised it to thousands of square body guys. Probably no where near that many will see this post but there some people out there that will or would try to compete with you on something. You have them the year site and price of it and within 3 minutes they can find it and start bidding against you potentially.

Don't mean to be a downer but I have seen it happen on forums with other things. Just giving you a tip.

I have brown interior with a green exterior. The exterior is a repaint from original color.

Thank You all so much for the replies. I do not think I will be able to swing this deal unfortunately. Can't get any time away from work to run down and pick it up. Thanks for the offer on the Green Parts. Green79Scottsdale please contact him for the parts. Thank you for the information on USA1 Industries and I will keep them in my list of suppliers for my next project. 80BrownK10 thanks for the message...I never thought of it like that but yes was not very smart of me to do that. Well its for someone else now if they want it on Ebay. Thank You Guys.

I agree, I have seen it happen many times with some hard to find vintage snowmobiles. One person says even the brand/model & others know who has one (as they are hard to find), next thing you know the guy that had posted due to excitement lost out on it because others jumped on it.

When you part it id be interested in the switching valve.

That is the part mounted under the bed on the passengers side (I think), correct?

I am going to assume my dually has a good one, and I should not need that part.
