Tire size on truck

I have pro-comp all terrain tires 35x12.5x15 on 15x10 rims tires measure 33 1/2 tall on the truck, is this normal ? Please share your tire brand, size mounted on vechile I want new mud tires for my 4 inch lifted 1978 k10 old tires do not rub at all, want to keep it that way are all 35's going to be shorter like mine ?

Height also depends on air pressure.

It's pretty much normal. The only way a tire measures "true to size" is when they are unmounted without weight on them.

It's cuz you haz 10s and your 35s are stretched. I bet you get a lot closer to 35" on 15 x 8s. even!

SO . It seems that it would stand to reckon that if you mounted the famed 37s on your 15x10s with no other changes , you would hit 35 inches on with a 4" lift.

I run 44s on 16" wide rims and they measure out at 32" high...
