The passenger door hinge on my k10 is getting really tight. I’ve lubed it up several times but it seems like those rollers mounted to the door are too tight against the metal bar that acts like a spring. Is there some way to adjust them? I’ve thought about just taking that spring out so they swing freely but I’d like them to stay open too. The sheet metal on the door where the hinges mount flexes quite a bit and I don’t want to risk tearing through it while I’m closing the door. The door lines up great and shuts tight on the striker so I believe the hinges are lined up good. Anyone had something similar happen?

I have, little heat to the rollers - they seem to not take the lube very well but little heat and Kroil penetrating fluid does wonders

Ok I’ll try that! Actually found some aerokroil the other day so I’ll use it.
