NO, just NO. I own a couple of Corvettes and I am not happy with the way GM is going with the Vette. I think the C8 is ugly and cannot fathom an electric Corvette. NOPE.

I lost interest in the 'Vette after '72. My interest dropped with the HP.

I wonder if GM (a subsidiary of the Chinese Communist Party) will ever publish the total amount of carbon emissions created in the manufacture of one new 'Vette? Include data such as the total number of tons of ore mined to create the EV batteries and the method that will be used to recycle all the electronics after everything is worn out, sulfated and corroded.

My wonderful GM struggled through the '80s and I had hoped they would find the required fortitude to become a leader once again. However, once I PDI'd my first new "Nova" built in partnership with Chevrolet and Toyota and looked at the quality, the "Toyalet" was a sign of times to come.

I will stay with my square and be content with actual quality.

The world really is ending. If GM insists on building only electric vehicles they might as well just drop the 'vette. Nobody wants a fcuking electric Corvette.

I've owned a Corvette for 25 years. My interest in the new ones stopped with the new mid-engine platform.

If the manufacturers want to sell cars, they are being forced to go electric. With California requiring electric by 35 and Washington state proposing the same by 30 they won't have a choice. Neither will we either.

The government tested the waters on how much they can control us with covid. The general public won't fight back.

I still like the look of the C4's, but this is crossing the line. WTF are they thinking???
