Getting ready to cab swap. Anyone have any pointers on removing front fenders before I get started?

Take all the bolts out. Lol label your shims for sure. *** may not matter going to a different cab but it’s always a good idea. Pull the inner fenders first. You will have to pull the grill they hid some bolts at the bottom for the fenders.

Depending on how you remove the doors, there's one bolt the holds the top hinge to the cab that has to be reached from the inside of the dash on each side.

Depending on how you remove the doors, there's one bolt the holds the top hinge to the cab that has to be reached from the inside of the dash on each side.
Yup and if dropped it is gone for ever.

Fukk yeah it is, lol. A magnetic 9/16 socket is your best friend for those bastards.

...but at least you'll get to hear it rattling around in there forever to remind you of your error, if you drop it.

Or leave the hinges on lol

I figured, removing the hinges from the cab would require less adjusting to get things lined back up when hanging the doors again. At least you're dealing with fewer planes of adjustment, than if you'd pilled the hinges from the door.

Yeah but dropping that bolt once getting the hinge of and 3 more times going back together would suck lol

Ok....it’s coming along. Hood, cowl, driver fender is off.
