As I recall those clocks were all dead before the 80s were over! Lol
Those old clocks are very fixable if you want to take the time to fix it.When my Dad bought his 78 K20 is 80' with 25,000 miles the clock was already dead....
Typical clock movement with a spring. When the spring winds down, the contacts touch and give it another shot. Many times all you need to do is take your point file and clean off the contacts.
