The 8 cylinder tach will read 25% low with a 6 cylinder engine. All other gauges will work fine.

How good are you with a soldering iron?

I have a v8 and want a tach too, do you know of a way to convert between the 2?

I though it was one of those that you can replace components, but no.
The entire circuit is encapsulated.
You'll have to Google search for, or try sleezeBay for a converter.

You must be registered for see images attach

So you can’t just swap out the gas gauge for a tach then?

Even if you get a v8 tach, you need to rewire the rear bulk connector so the tach gets proper sig 12v and gnd

Tach has its own harness, not part of the cluster harness.
