Switched over to LEDs in the dash now nothing works

Those look exactly like the ones I got on eBay about 2 years ago. The big thing is that these is that have more diodes so the light gets spread out wider. I've tried the ones with one diode on top and they are dim, the ones encapsulated in magnifying plastic arent very bright either. I've had great luck with units that have more diodes. I'm not sure how deep the back of the cluster is but they sell bulbs that are slightly longer than standard 194's and have even more diodes than the ones I posted.

Mine are ok but not as bright as yours. But i can never get a good picture to show the true brightness

I had to look twice to realize there are gauges behind that tach. Looks like you have burnt out bulbs unless its the camera not picking up brightness. I'll admit my camera made the LED install look good. They are bright but not blinding.

Post up pics when you do the swap!

No mine arent burnt out i just cant get a good pic

how'd you do the 3 gauges over the air controls?
Removed the vent and whittled the gauge mount to fit. I originally made a piece to 2 gauges but the temp gauge probe stripped and I made that mess.
