Suspension and Tires are killing me

I bought my 90 burb about two months ago and the person before me put an 8" suspension lift with 39" super swampers, this is way to much for me and I was thinking of going down to 4" rough country running 35" BF A/T's for road trips, hunting and daily driving. Am I on the right track?

with a 4'' I would do 33'' tires 6'' for 35'' tire

that's my opinion 35'' tires are to much for 4'' lift

35s are bit much for a 4" I got 35s on my 76 k10 and the tires are wore a there is not much tread and it still contacts my fenders but that's on only if I go to flexing even just a little. They are on stock rallies btw!

I run 35s on a 3'' body lift with no issues of rubbing off road.

4" on 35"s is pretty common, like stated, just watch your flex, and you can always space your axle stops down to limit axle travel.

I've got 35 with a 4 inch lift, and I don't rub.

It's all about the rims. Wide or bigger offset will cause the rubbing.

You might consider posting your setup on local boards and craigslist you might just find the right guy that is looking to go bigger and he may have the set up your looking for on his rig.

As said before you will be fine with 4" and 35's AT's I run 6" and 44's
