Would be a good idea to have an oil pan full of oil and use a drill with old distributor shaft/or extensions with flat end for spinning the oil pump to get oil through all the bearings. Pour more oil in the cylinders and keep working it back and forth. Should rotate eventually. Check for stuck valves. Tap on the top of the valve stem with a punch and a hammer to get them free if stuck.
