Looks to me it would be easy to make with steel drywall studs.

I didn't receive any messages but here are the measurements and another pic of my setup.
A couple things:
I cut the middle shelf to allow me to carry coolant, oil and tranny fluid. I was going to support the shelf but it's rigid enough that i didn't need to do that. I also added netting to keep things from flying out but enables me to reach through and grab what i need. I'll supply the link where i purchased the netting if someone asks for it.
