Uncertain. My dad bought me The Club yesterday. I have it setup in such a way the steering wheel cannot be turned either direction. Hopefully it is enough of a deterent to keep thieves away.

Glad you got it back. You may want to look into something like this also.
They have both key and one that will work with an existing remote.

Another stolen one in Eastern OK. Keep your eyes open for truck and/or parts being sold on your local CL parts listings. Hate to say it, as nice as this one is, it would have made it over border pretty quick in most cases, but you never know.

Saw this on C/L while parts hunting. It's been gone for over a month but who knows, someone might recognize the flames on the sides. I doubt the stump is still attached:

1984 GMC K1500 Stolen (REWARD OFFERED) - $500 (Levittown, PA)

Between 3AM and 6AM 1/10/14 my blue/green GMC pickup was stolen out front of my house. The person first broke into my work van and stole my name brand tools and then loaded up the pickup and took off. The thief pried off my door lock and I imagine they did the same thing on my truck.

The model is a 1984 GMC K1500 Sierra, it has grey flames on the passenger side and hood of the vehicle and had a new panel installed on the drivers side. Any help would be greatly appreciated and any questions will be answered as soon as possible.
I have already contacted the police and was told I'm pretty much outta luck, I'm hoping somebody here might see it somewhere in Philly.
It was stolen from the suburbs of lower bucks county and I suspect it's somewhere in Philly or Trenton. There is a $500 reward, no questions asked. I just really need it back for work. Thank you again for your time.

I worry about the ones that are stolen in TX and AZ that they can make it to Mexico pretty quick before every found.

There are way too many chop shops in tx, that they won't make it to Mexico. I spoken with police and I myself have had some Jack.... try and tow my car with me in it(in braud day light) bad thing is because the driver never hooked up I couldn't do anything.

Sad. These squares are way to easy to steal. If you have a nice one, you can be assured it's a target for thieves. GPS systems are starting to get fairly affordable. I know of a guy who uses his old smart phone hard wired to a 12v source car charger to keep it charged. It costs him $10 a month to add that phone to his plan and he reboots the phone every so often but he used the AT&T Family Phone tracker app.

Theft is not an issue for me, nobody wants my crap, lol.

There's not too many things worse than having your car/truck stolen. I can feel for the folks it happens to.
