Stupid question, but does anyone know the stock tire size for a 1985 GMC K1500? I need to downgrade my tires by a couple sizes, I want to be able to spin them, lol.

it depends

Do you have a door jamb/door sticker still on your driver side? It should say your tire size and pressure ratings. How about a SPID label? (glovebox originally) That would tell you what your sizes were too)
More power could spin them too :)

Thank you, didn’t even think about that. It’s got 32’s on it right now and it has a 5.3 LS swapped into it.

My 1985 K1500 came with the 31-10.50R15 size. I now have 265/75-15 on it. The tires and wheels in my sig pic were larger maybe 32x11.50. I went back to stock wheels and tire size.

If you can’t spin them now, you’re doing it wrong or your LS swap is a total pooch and smaller tires ain’t gonna help…
But 235-75-15 or 31-10.50s is what they came with.
