Anyone know where to get stepside tail lights with factory round plug connectors?

my experience was the plugs dont match the oem harness correctly and had to be modified.

jim if you could share where and part number I will look into it, thanks

These stepsides have the holes for the wiring to pass thru that would be wasted and look like crap unused in my opinion.
Looking for the wiring all the way back and would really like it close to factory to use those holes and be good strong connections like those factory rubber ones are/ were.....

I have a set of stepside rear lights and the original wiring harness that I removed from a parts truck many moons ago. In a box in my cave somewhere, will locate them later this afternoon and post a pic to see if this is what you are looking for. Best I remember they had the type connector you are looking for on the wiring harness.

I went to grote industries found part number and found them on Ebay. They have them in standard bulbs or led. 52802 52812

I switched from fleet side to stepside and I dont have the stepside wiring . just gonna make the fleet side wire work . Solder and heat shrink.

This is what I have, some of wiring not the best of shape but could be repaired but it has the connectors you are looking for I think.

Yep, supposed to.

When I was looking for the correct taillights and harness 8 or 9 years ago, they seemed to be unavailable. All you could get was the light housing with a no-plug harness. Nice to see that the aftermarket is 'stepping' up... lol.

Resurrection of an old thread. Stepside lights need a ground( at least mine do) that i ran from the light mounting stud to the frame, works great looks like Sh!T . how can stepside lights get grounded with the factory wiring harness and not look like Sh!t??
