stepside fuel filler hose and vent

I just went through this with mine. 1977 stepside with dual tanks i ordered a pair of hoses from classis truck parts for a 1973-1978? After a 6 month backored i finally got them. They are for the 76 earlier version. I ended up cuting them in the middle adding a section of 1-3/8 steel pipe to extend them about 4". It actually tured out fairly clean and Functional. Just reslly sucks to have to customize parts that should be stock repacements.

Howdy boss, where did you find the 1-3/8" steep pipe parts to make some elbows? I am going to need to do this on my '80 stepside. I have come across the same issue as you guys in this thread in that the filler lines are unobtanium. Thanks!
