Been looking at replacing the steering wheel and adding the quick release as well. I have two questions though -
1) Quick release is in addition to the regular adapter, correct?
2) How much closer does it move the steering wheel towards the driver?

Thanks!

Searching before posting and I'm curious what the end game was on this.

I have looked on Grant, FS, NRG. FS I have actually seen plenty of installed across varying forums. But I have yet to see someone incorporate the quick release to be able to pop the wheel off.

I just swapped mine. I considered a quick release. The juice ain't worth the squeeze boys. Unless you're an anorexic T-Rex you wont be happy with how far it extends beyond what the factory left us with.

I never went any farther because nobody replied before now. I figured it would be as @SquareRoot mentions. I'm not a big guy and I already don't have room so moving it out even 1/2" would be too much.
