Steering column clip identification

Hey fellas, I had this clip fall out of the column while fixing the loose bolts for the tilt. It fell out of the area where the column bearings are. Any idea where this goes?

I believe it's the steering rack lock spring.

Appreciate it. Lock tighted this bolts. Time for reassembly
