Squarebody Parking Brake Rebuild

I am rebuilding, or I would like to rebuild the parking brake for my suburban. Has anyone here ever done this?
I need to know if this presses on or if there is another way to get it apart.

it is almost like a rivot. I had to grind the head off and used a clevis pin and welded a washer on the back side to hold it in when I put it all back together
