The instructions with my BellTech spindles (yes i actually read them) specifically state the 15x8
Rally wheels may rub.Belltect says that the ose of a thin wheel spacer MAY be required.These are
3" drop spindles-I kinda doubt that any other manufacturer will be any different.

Is there a manufacture that makes a drop spindle that you don't have to grind or spacer using Factory 15" Rally Wheels?

I don't think so. It happens because of the way the geometry moves the actual spindle up but all the connection points for steering are still low. You think they'd make a slight revision to remove 1/8" material for this after all these years.
