Spartan Locker in GM 12 Bolt Install Help?!?

Hey Guys,

Anybody installed a Spartan Locker in an Open GM 12 Bolt? I will be buying one and am unsure of how difficult it is to install one. Any info or videos, or whatever would be appreciated.

I put one in my dana 44 front end. It wasn't too hard. I had to remove the carrier and ring gear to get it to fit . If you have to remove the ring gear, I marked mine so it would go back in the same place. I don't think it matters but I didn't take any chances. The instructions were pretty good. I also used synthetic lube also. I haven't driven it yet since the truck is in the garage torn down. I watched a couple of videos on youtube to get an idea of what needs done. I ordered mine from Ebay and used a $30 rebate they had at the time. I paid $220 to the door.
