Thanks for the prompt response, I am quite comfortable with the condition of the item I wouldn't mind adding an extra $50 to your asking price to keep this for me. I am paying by Cashiers Check and I will mail it out as soon as you get back to me. As per pick-up, You don't need to worry about that as I have a moving company I will make arrangement with for the pick-up after payment has been received and clear in your bank. I really need this, quite important. I will be more than glad if it can be sold to me.
