It seems to have magically fixed itself... any guesses? Im thinking maybe a tooth came off and was in the way of third?
Im somewhat stumped here

Im somewhat stumped here

Could be a bent shift fork, bent shift rail, a bearing has allowed a group of gears to drop low, and of course could still be a defuct synchro. Normally a broken gear doesn't keep you from getting into a gear. It will go into the gear and make a clunk noise everytime the gear misses a tooth and eventually starts knocking off the next tooth and then the next and the next til none are left.
