Short step side bed swap 1984

Hey I’m looking to replace my Fleetside bed with a step side, anyone want to trade?

1972 C10 worth $1,000.00 just for the bed?

I have also found another bed but has spare tire notch, how hard would it be to fill in? Probably easier to replace the fender huh.

I think the C10 is worth 1000 (maybe 750-800) for the bed. You can part out whatever else you dont use and recoup some money.

Not sure what is involved in filling the spare tire well besides time and money. Pick which one you want to spend more of.

The only suggestion I can make to you is to exercise some patience. If you rush into this you will end up spending way more than you planned or wanted to.

I would purchase the truck, take the stepside bed and then either put your fleetside bed back onto it or leave it bare. But either way I woudln't part the truck out. I would just sell it outright. I'll bet you will end up with either a 'free' stepside bed or actually have a few $$ in the bank.

Idk about $1k but i would buy that. I have a love for round eye steppers.

She is in right bad shape tires have been flat for so long they will never hold air, I have made him an offer and have four tires and rims ready to go if he accepts.
