I did yukon diff brgs along time ago, but the aluminum housing split , I hope we are talking about the same diff.If so split the housing don't mess with sideadjustments on the case. Put the case 1/2s on cookie sheets open side down put them in the oven and turn on the heat I think I used 375. Sit and wait you will hear the outer races fall onto the cookie sheets when the housing expands enough, now take your new outter races stick them in their bores let the housing sit open side up to cool. Your new brgs and diff. will be set the same as when it left the factory.
