Selling this truck I just bought...

[1987 GMC Jimmy]

1990 Chevy K1500 - SWB, five speed manual, power options, burnt 305... I bought this to put my spare 305 in, but the light of day revealed more than I felt like taking on. I bought it sight unseen, and maybe I’m too picky, but I’ve got too many projects to take something on this big. Problems besides engine: bondo cab corner on one side, needs tires, automatic column for some reason, leaking rear diff. pinion seal... It’s listed for $975, but my bottom line is $750. I paid $700, and I’d like another $50 to mitigate my cost to transport. Located at 39525.

Maybe you can sell it locally if you toss in that good 305 and get the $975 or at least $900 and kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Someone may want to go back to a carbed 305 for simpliciity and a 90 still has the 700r4 so it doesn't need the computer like a 4L60-E would. It's a 4x4 and a shortbed, so it can't be all that hard to sell.

That's a pretty cool truck. Even with a bad engine, that would sell super quick around here.
