I’m by no means an expert, but why not try setting the lash at 0.025” on all valves and see if you get a lot of lifter, rocker arm rattle. If it’s quiet, call it good and run it. It won’t be life or death of the engine, in my opinion.
The head casting mark or casting number isn’t going to give you much information unless you are 100%, no doubt about it, positive that the engine has never had a cam and lifter swap or a head swap.
