Yup John they are a bit restrictive but I have no choice Holley ruined Hooker when they bought them out no one makes a large diameter long tube BB K10 header its shameful... Some people have claimed the early 70's Chevelle/Nova BB headers work but I'm not dropping nearly $1200 clams to find out they don't !!! This is a question that needs to be answered stat !!!

This ridiculous thing makes so much torque I doubt the Sandersons will hinder it to much !

Yeah, I get that about gambling on various headers. I bet that thing is a blast to drive!

Honestly I haven't dropped it in yet, still deciding on a tranny builder and had to wait till this year to order the tranny for tax write off reasons... It will be a blast though I'm sure of that !

I’ll get you a shot when I get home of the oil pan oil filter and starter but zero clearance issues and I’m running an 8 quart Champ “winged” pan….
Thank you

A private equity firm named Sentinel Capital Partners bought the vast majority of those companies a few years ago.
That’s when things really changed in the automotive aftermarket world.

Oh boy that I could not promise but it would be close... I'll look in my scrap pile for one but think I returned all my cores last fall... I had to go Powermaster a stock GM or Mexico reman would be smoke after about 10 starts if it spun it over at all...

@86burban I only say this because of the potential fitment issues I posted but if you decide you don't want to use those headers holler at me I may be interested.

Also, the info on the 4wd R30 I mentioned is on CK5.com posted by "mrk5".
I had my mechanic try to put headers in and 2 inches from where they're supposed to be set in place they kept hitting the frame so they won't work for my truck so now I'm gonna sell the headers. You may be interested in them and the reducer collectors, bolts and collector gaskets. Cost plus shipping if you want them. I'll have to find a box.

I've got a set of those headers on my SHOP FLOOR. I don't think that they will fit on anything, but the break in stand. (I fell for it too) I just used the stock manifolds, and they work great. No burnt plug wires, header leaks, etc...

I really appreciate you following through and letting me know but it looks like my appetite was bigger than my budget. I just won an arm wrestling match with my personal CFO for a carburetor so I’m tapped out at the moment, sadly I have to pass.

Thanks for letting me know!
