My intro: I'm retired (construction and building management) living in farm country in north central Maryland. My first square body was a 1983 C30 Silverado, 350, single rear wheel that I bought new. I was working my way up in carpentry and the truck was a real coming of age vehicle for me. The truck and I were both workhorses. I eventually transitioned to vans. The C30 was my favorite and best vehicle I ever owned, and always wanted another. I've been looking for a square body for a while to relive my youth, and finally jumped on this one. A 1983 K30 Silverado, 454, with just about every option. It was a California truck. No rot. Original panels and original paint. It has a 4" lift, that I will return to stock. Then paint.
