Sagging front springs?

I have a 1978 GMC K25 with a 383 SBC and TH350/NP203. I can’t tell if the front leaf springs are worn out or not.
-the driver side wheel well sits about 1” higher than the passenger side.
-the springs have an upward bend. Each front spring bends up 3” total.
-the springs have 2 ply. Even though it’s a 3/4 ton truck.
-it has new (2year old) KYB front shocks.

I use the truck for street daily driving and occasional light trail driving. I’d prefer a softer ride vice having HD hauling capability.

Are these springs toast? Should I buy new ones?

From factory they have a reverse arch but 3 inches does sound a little more then normal. Mine has maybe about inch and half reverse arch

If you look at vintage GM advertisements the springs are like that new. They will settle over time & you'll find most will have the kingpin broken or wallow the anchor hole in the differential upon disassembly. Its not uncommon to have one side higher either. I like a lifted Square but LOVE the ride of factory springs. I wouldn't bother it unless I suspected a broken spring/kingpin issue if satisfied with the ride.

I think the ride quality is just fine.
I was initially concerned about the height difference of the wheel wells. After taking several measurements, the 2 front springs are perfectly symmetrical. I don’t see any broken bolts or pins. The parts to swap in new springs are about $450 altogether.

I guess I’ll keep an eye on things and fix my AC instead!!
